The Art of Delivering Feedback that Fuels Success

Three of the Fika Crew (missing Kristin's wisdom) talk about their challenges and successes in delivering meaningful feedback to learners.  Using a consistent and shared framework for providing feedback to learners in various contexts (assignments, practice laboratory, OSLEs, and experiential education) can make feedback more apparent, more actionable, more efficient, and more effective.
